Cinnamon Rolls Bake @ 375 15 - 20 min.
Makes one 9” x 13” cake pan with rolls touching
1 lb STGF bread mix
The ingredients listed below are approximate measurements, you may desire to increase or decrease amounts used according to your taste preference.
2 TBS Butter or Margarine
2 TBS Cinnamon
½ Cup Sugar
Parchment Paper, for ease of rolling and lining the pan.
Using Sisters Three Gluten Free Bread Mix - Follow the directions according to the package, EXCEPT, cut the water down to 1 Cup. This will make the dough roll-able.
For ease of use, follow the suggestion below:
Using approx 13” wide parchment paper, tear a sheet off approx 2 feet long, flour with Gluten free flour.
Roll your dough on the parchment paper, covering the paper from edge to edge with the dough. If your dough starts to break apart it is too thin, in this case, cover a smaller area of the paper with the dough.
Melt 1 -2 TBS of butter or margarine and Spread over the entire surface of the dough. Spreading the butter works best with your hand.
Mix together 2 TBS Cinnamon and ½ Cup white Sugar- You may want to use more or less, according to your preference. Sprinkle on top of butter.
Once you have your dough rolled out with butter and sugar on it, roll into a jellyroll.
Using the parchment paper to help you lift the dough, roll your dough using the action of lifting the parchment paper and your free hand to help hold the dough in place as you roll the dough into a jellyroll from the short end of the dough.
Once you have the dough in a jellyroll form, cut into thickness desired, place into your 9” x 13” cake pan, lined with parchment paper.
Let raise for 35 min - 1 hr. (if the dough starts to crack the dough is more than done, just make a note for next time). The cracks will only affect the looks of the finished product.
